Regional Bank Training Centre

 
 Background and institutional structure

The Regional Bank Training Centre was created upon the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Republic of Uzbekistan, the International Agreement signed by the governments of Republics of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, with the support of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Commission, Turkish government and Turkish Bank's Association, as well as 35 prominent banks from Central Asia. The RBTC is an independent international legal entity and works as an economically independent not-for-profit organization.

The teaching faculty are drawn from top-ranking foreign specialists from USA, Turkey, Great Britain, Germany, France, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, recommended by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Commission, and local team of experienced and well-qualified lecturers and consultants, to ensure the teaching process organisation facing the world standards

 
 Our clients

Training courses organised by the RBTC are designed essentially for the banking staff but are open to anyone who would like to commit themselves to the world of market, such as businessmen, company accountants and economists or bank clients. Since the creation, there were about 6000 participants attended RBTC courses

 
 Research and consulting activities

The RBTC specialists and lecturers have actively participated in preparing and issuing of some scientific and methodical guidebooks such as Bill of exchange or dictionary of terms Business Language. They are also collaborating fruitfully with prominent economical publications such as Market, Money & Credit magazine, Banking Daily newspaper, BBV, Tax and Customs Daily, Private Property, etc.
RBTC works closely with a range of well-known foreign organisations and training centres, which allows experience exchanging and high-level education strategies application. Furthermore, while possessing a solid scientific and methodical potential and practical experience, the Centre elaborates new learning programmes and provides consulting on banking issues, securities market, economic activity analyses, elaboration of business-plans and design of programme products.
